RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Physical Ticket purchased from a venue that gives access to pub crawl ID
  • Physical Ticket is filled out with Printed Name of Participant and Phone Number of Participant
  • Completed Physical Ticket is turned into any one of the marked collection boxes at a participating venue between 6pm and 11pm
  • Eventzee account created with name and phone number Matching EXACTLY the name and number entered on the physical card
  • Only one Eventzee account matching a purchased, completed, and turned in physical card is allowed
  • Any Earned Eventzee badge that doesn’t have a corresponding purchased, completed, and turned in physical card will be deemed invalid
  • Prizes will be awarded by selecting a purchased, completed physical card and matching it to the EXACT name and phone number of a participant that earned a “Pub Crawl Completion” Badge.
  • A Physical Card that is selected that is not matched to a “Pub Crawl Completion” badge will be deemed invalid and another physical card will be selected
  • Please only create one and only one Eventzee account if you have purchased a physical ticket and plan to complete the event
  • All proceeds exceeding the cost of the event will be donated to local charities
  • Signing up for an Eventzee account without purchasing a physical ticket will be deemed invalid and cost the local charity (Basically, don’t be a Jerk)
  • We appreciate your compliance with the above rules to ensure the maximum donation back to our community
